About vanessa PUKLOWSKI.
As a certified professional trainer,
I help Men and Women find strength through resistance training, nutrition and mindset work so they can reach their true potential and achieve their fitness goals.
I am a REP's NZ registered trainer and hold certification from Precision Nutrition for Level 1 Nutrition programming. I am also a certified Girls Gone Strong trainer.
I have owned and operated my
modern private studio Gym in Riwaka, Motueka for 3 years and love the community that has been built within its four walls. A space of inclusivity where all are striving to be the best version of themselves they can possibly be. x

Small Group Personal TRaining
The Lean and Strong program is an affordable Small group PT program limited to 4-5 people. This means you get lots of 1:1 time. We learn to lift in a group style format. A great place to get fit, feel strong and build friendships.

Before I joined the Lean and Strong program I was doing at home workouts that were repetitive and primarily made up of body weight, cardio based exercises. I found it hard to keep motivated and I wasn't getting the results I wanted, Vanessa creates workouts that suit us all, no matter our age or fitness level and we all get plenty of one on one attention. I couldn't be happier with the changes I am seeing in my body and the strength I am gaining lifting weights. I leave every session with a smile on my face.
